It's not too early to start thinking about Field Day and
getting your equipment ready for operation away from your
shack and commercial power. You might want to try a new
design of an antenna or repair/inprove the one used last year.
New sites can be looked into and trial runs made. Like
scouting, getting prepared is half the fun!
At the January 21 club meeting everyone seemed to want to have our
next Field Day at the Glide High School Athletic Field again this year.
Jerry, AE7ER, is looking into this and has contacted them.
